Dish Network DVR 522 remote 2

I had Dish Network and a DVR 522 receiver installed a few days ago. The second remote (RF) works great for controlling both my TV and the receiver; however, it's missing one "critical" feature - no sleep button. To make matters worse, the sleep timer isn't available through a menu either.
Is there a universal remote that has RF, will control my Samsung TV and the 522 and has learning? JP1 would also be nice, but the setup on the remote is simple and I can probably get by with out it.
Thanks for any suggestions.

You have to understand what you're asking for when you ask for a universal remote with RF. There is no such thing as a universal remote that will universally work RF devices. When you see a universal listed as having RF (like the URC-9910 and the 15-2117) this RF feature just works as a "remote extender" allowing you to use the remote from another room. The RF in the remote communicates with the RF base unit that comes with the remote.

Rob,
Let me make sure I understand what you're saying. The univerisal remote communicates with the base unit via RF. The base unit then communicates with the devices (TV, DVR, etc.) via IR?
Thanks,
