Unable to put the correct device upgrade

I created a device upgrade using RMIR, after learning from original remote,

When i upload the device upgrade to the remote, it doesnt work in the device. when i again download the data from remote, i find that the layout is not complete. the keys which i assigned are disturbed. please help how can i create a device upgrade from scratch??

did you save the RMIR file that has your new upgrades in it? If not, repeat the process but this time save the file before you load it into the remote to test it.

Then, load your file to the Diagnosis Area in the File Section and post a link to it here.
