Kaonmedia Cable box

I have slingbox solo and cable box from our service provider my remote control is not working or it works but not correctly for example when I hit 1 from my ipad it shows 22 on slingbox I dont know why and I really have no idea at all when comes to remote I got this slingbox from a friend and when I ask him about my problem he said u will get help here ??
I searched for the model of the cable box only found Made in Kaonmedia and the provider name which etisalat !!!
Can anyone please help or tell me what to do ?

The Model Number is normally on a metal/plastic plate somewhere on the device.
What remote are you using at the moment ?

DishTV India Kaon (Satellite)
it was the closet name but didnt work

That is the wrong file area, you should be looking in the Binary Files section. It's here:
