Convert Gondar (Vulkano) to PL (Slingbox) bin??

Hi,
I created a learn bin for my Vulkano Flow somtime last year that works very well, the box is ZTE ZXV100 B700v2
The Vulkano learn bin is here where I posted for sharing

Now I just get a Slingbox 500 that so far I have no luck to find the bin to control my IPTV ZTE B700v2
I have downloaded couple PL bin here listed for the B700v3, unfortunately it does not work.
Any help is appreciated.
