JP1 Remotes

I came across this file on the Denon site http://denon.co.uk/DocumentMaster/UK/AV ... -Codes.pdf. I would like to understand how to create an upgrade using RemoteMaster (or Keymap-master) and this file. Where do all the bits go? Are bits C6~C11 the OBC? What about Remote ID? Where do the Extension bits go? Invert or not to invert.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would also use one of the Denon upgrades already in the file section as a starting base-- they didn't reinvent the wheel with every new model.
