RCA 810B: Sticky - None working button?
Any suggestions on what is the best way to try to fix this remote with a sticky button??
It happens to be the down arrow.... all other buttons on the remote seem to work correctly.

I would open the remote and clean it. For starters, once it's open, clean the top half of the casing, paying particular attention to the button hole in question. Next, look at the button sheet to see if that's dirty, but take care when handling the sheet to avoid touching the underside of the buttons. Finally, clean the PCB itself with a contact cleaner or rubbing alcohol or something like that.

I hadn't heard anything to that effect, but if you think that's the case, don't use it. I always use spray contact cleaner myself, like De-oxit.
