JP1 Remotes

Anyone know if the Directv RC64 (RB) remote is modifiable with a JP1 connector?

What about just programming an advanced button to do "sleep"?

I like that fact that this remote does RF to my directv receiver. Except that there is no sleep button on the remote!!! Great idea...

So I need a separate universal remote just for the sleep button if I want to use this remote for the RF functionality. Brilliant.

anyone know a way around this? Advanced code or something?

I opened up the remote. Didn't see any JP1 connectors though. hmm.. I know its made by Universal Electronics...

Which DirecTV boxes come shipped with the RC64?

The current R16 & R22 come with RC64 IR remote.

Robman tried to see if the rc23 white directv remote was jp1-able it wasn't, nothing has changed but the code library from the rc23 to the rc64. sorry.
