Made home cable Tommy N. Tyler Problems JP1.X - Resolved !

I have built this interface for my remote control URC 6690 but on my laptop is working instable (the interface was finding very hard) and on my PC not at all.
After many tries changing the values of some components i have reached at conclusion that for a correct function and everytime on laptop and PC is need to modify the value R3 from 10 Kilohohm at 47 Kilohohm. That's all !
Now the hardware cable is functioning very well and i'm happy !
