Good News.
I now have the USB driver installed via the actual driver install process. I worked with Delcom and they updated their inf file to install correctly to eliminate the install problem on some XP systems.

INF file sure is different

but they forgot to update release notes.

They have not updated the release notes since 2004. I am just happy I could get them to fix the inf.
I will call Bill after dinner tonight
