I have finished everything except Auto Surround and Dialog Enhancement. If someone would capture those two functions and post the codes, I could finish.
lifeisfun, are you waiting for my upgrade? If so, I suppose I can upload it with those two functions missing.

If you can upload the file that would make my day !

I have captured the auto surround an dialog E but I'm confused since it gave me 2 values ..
1 159
2 213
Dialog Enhancement
1 66
2 7
Thanks

Two signals is what we expect, but there should have been more values in the decode than what you posted. We'd need to see device codes and OBCs for each part of the signal.

I just checked these codes against my master list, and I have the Dialog E code listed as "surr ch level+" so could you double check that one please.
The Auto Surround code is certainly new, so I'll add that one to the list.

Are you saying that without pressing SHIFT, they do the + and - functions, but with pressing SHIFT they do the Dialog and Sleep functions?
If so, then yes, you should press SHIFT on the Pioneer remote before learning the signals.

Ok with SHIFT Dialog E :
Dialog E
1 Pioneer 165 159 06 002
2 Pioneer 165 7 1F 186
With SHIFT Sleep:
1 Pioneer 165 72 ED 037

So, just to make sure I'm 100% clear here. If you're using the original Pioneer remote with your Pioneer receiver, and you press the level+ and - buttons WITHOUT first pressing SHIFT, it adjusts the levels, but if you press SHIFT first and then press them, they work the Dialog and Sleep functions. Is that right?
Are there any other shifted buttons that are missing from the master file?

yes, that's it ( you have to hold the shift button and press + to get Dialog E)
Looks like that's all ...

When you guys with Pioneer receivers do me a favor. Could you test as many of the functions included in my master file as possible to verify which ones work on your particular receiver. If the function does something different to what's listed in the file, please let me know.
For example, I have 3 sets of left/right arrow buttons, where I don't really know what the 2nd and 3rd sets really do. There are also a couple of codes that are part of UEI setup codes but I've not found a match in any of the Pioneer files that I've looked at. These are just listed as "OBC 13" (if the OBC is 13). If any of these do anything on your receiver, again, please let me know.
My goal is to put together a spreadsheet that cross-references which codes are valid for which receivers.
You can download the master file from either of these locations:

The code for Auto Surround works, but the code for Dialog Enhancement does not.
lifeisfun, could you please capture shift-dialog E again and double check the code? (The code for shift-sleep works.)
