Yep raw download has the same issue

I went and got another remote from Cablevision (Even though I have Charter as my cable service provider )

Anyway the next one I got says the same message. So I give up (It is only a two device remote anyway) so I don't think it is of much use anyway

PCB pics are generally most useful of the PCB side of the board (ie, the green side), but try to see if you can get less flash in the pics.
