As an addendum: I disabled the extender on my 15-100, reloaded the original image I saved when I first bought the remote, and tried the UP-A1 upgrade. It works! After re-installing and activating the extender, it still works. Now begins the slow process of putting in my macros, LKPs, toadtogs and multiplexers.
I used to have 5 remotes that controlled one thing each. Now I have 6 remotes that each control everything!
