I have a OFA 7980 remote, which I cannot access via JP1.
Can somebody help me with the discrete codes for the Nvidia Shield TV? Or guide me how to translate them from this form or this form into discrete codes that I could use directly with the remote.
I seems that the OFA provided upgrade doesn't include all the buttons.

Now that you have RM installed, you can do this yourself for other devices in the future. Just download the file and double click it to open in RM. Then go to the functions tab and note the EFC value. That's the code you enter manually using the 994 Key Move procedure.
The tricky part is figuring out which device setup code works with whatever EFCs you find. We'll have to help you with that part for now. If the above codes don't work, tell us which setup code you're using, and we'll adjust the numbers to fit.
