I can't get Remote Master to read my Atlas 1056B01 EXT 2.13 remote. It will load a version of the remote with very little programming, but my remote that is using more than half the available memory will not be read.

Does the KM (currently at 9.18) have to be updated as well, before we could use it?

I have attempted to do a device upgrade using KM 9.18 on the urc-8820N and it doesn't work using the remote "URC-8820 / 10820 / 6820".

How do we get the new urc-8820N / 10820N / 6820N added to KM?

The urc-10820 has preset codes for tivo remote addresses 1-4, they're:

Address #1- SAT 1443 or PVR 0740
Address #2- SAT 1444 or PVR 0745
Address #3- SAT 1538 or PVR 1239
Address #4- SAT 1539 or PVR 1240 The urc-10820N / urc-8820N do not support these codes.
