Re: Rotel A12MKII
As Rob said, you can start with the A11 upgrade. To add or change functions for the A12, go to the Functions tab in RM and click New, enter the Name and type the decimal version of the IR CODE in the OBC column, then assign to a button on the Buttons or Key Map tabs. Re: What Kind of Cable to Buy and Where to Buy It.
Terrible option IMO since the all the needed pins are on completely different headers. Plus FTDI isn't the one sabotaging fakes. It's Prolific who does that.
We've posted many known good adapters already.

Re: Nevo C2 learning the LG AKB7585501 TV remote
My advice remains the same. Learn to any other working button (any soft button as well) then move the function to the arrow keys.
Personally when my Nevo buttons started to fail, I just replaced the whole remote since it's impossible to fix them.

Shame about the Roku forum. But honestly, never was terribly enlightening in terms of codes. Brute force code search always yielded the best results.

It won't work without RTS. I've never heard of ERS.

Re: Nevo C2 learning the LG AKB7585501 TV remote
Learn it to a different button or a soft button, then move it to Menu later. I suspect the button is just worn out.
There's also a "Settings" function here that you could try.

Re: Tivo Stream 4K
This is not the same device as a TiVo Stream. If it has IR, then you'll probably have to learn the codes from the remote in order to build an upgrade. I can't find them on GlobalCache or UEI sites.
