Hi
Wondering if anyone of you know where I can find the discrete codes
for the HLS series of Samsung DLP TV. I hear Harmony has the codes

Don't reinvent the wheel.........
That's my 2cents. Why not just donwload the code for MS MCE remote,
and it should satisfy all your needs and still maintain compatibility.
You can define your own EFCs in KM or whatever and redefine/declare
them appropriately in MythTV
Hope that helps

Re: Which tool do I need to use this file with?
There is a Windows Media Center upgrade file available, so you should be able to use that with a JP1 remote.
THis upgrade is to be read in KM or IR?
It costs you nothing to try either, but in this case, you can pretty much tell by inspection of the file that it's a KM file, so

Code for Firefly remote for HTPC control [LOCKED]
Hi
I have searched the JP1 files for the code for the firefly remote,
with no luck. I want to use this to control my HTPC that I am
builing.
If any of the JP1ers can share it w/ me... that would be great.

That's it
Another thing to check: Did you assign the "shift-<key>" function in KM to one of the digit keys? If so, and you are not using an extender on your 15-2117, then you must press the "P" (setup) button twice to activate shifted digit keys.
Firstly, thanks everyone for your quick replies/suggestion ...

RS15-2117, KM/IR and shift keys
Hi
I have been having a problem w/ programing the shift-<key>
using a combination of KM and IR. The same function when mapped
to a key directly seems to work.
Here is what I did :
-- Remote : RadioShack 15-2117
-- In KM, I mapped a regular function AND shift-<key> in the buttons
tab
-- Copied the ...
