IT doesn't download at all now with the latest build and renaming back to USB0007

Not sure if its related to anything or if its not actually what its pulling from the remote (cause of renaming the nevo c3 RFD to USB7) but it shows Samsung S3F8 when I do a regular download of remote then hit the raw data tab...as shown in picture.

Followed instructions as stated, didnt change anything, got this after doing the steps.

Uploaded directly after the Raw download finishes, click save, and save as the file name it brings up which is 7.ir

Also put in the wrong section, if mods can move to diagnosis section, went in the wrong section.

What I was thinking too from what i read in the .err the 7 vs 0007 thing.

It worked I got a file to save, but im not sure what fill type is it suppose to be .ir ? does it matter 1k 2k 4k 8k raw download?

Should i be able to re-open it with the same program?

Please open RMIR, try the raw download again with build 18, close RMIR and post the rmaster.err file for me to check. Build 18 resolves one bug that causes raw download to fail on XSight-type remotes, but your remote is different from anything we have seen before and there may be a ...

Please download development build 18 of RMIR v2.04. This is simply a RemoteMaster.jar file to replace that in build 14. It fixes the bug that prevents build 14 from doing a raw download with XSight-style remotes. If you can do a raw download with this build, please post it for us to look ...

That's good. Now, can you confirm any of the programming in the remote? Starting with, what setup codes do you have programmed? (eg, DVD/1234, etc)
