JP1 Remotes

Okay got it to work.

I pressed "Power" + "Ok" on the Xsight and then insert the battery => "Upgrade Mode" was shown on the display.

After that Remote Master was able to read the remote.

Anyway I went to the EZ-RC website where I got a "new" (well same version I already had) firmware offered ...

I got a new Xsight Color.

My main problem at the moment is that this stupid EZ-RC seams to be working for me only if the sun eruption reachs a very special level ... which well ... was only once since I had the remote.

I saw your nice tool, and because I had good experience last time I used ...

FANTASTIC ! It's working now.

But to let all others know, Shift-1 and Shift-2 does not work as key assignments in key-moves.

thanks for outlining that again. I did that including press "Bouquet+" and that looks like it works.

I have understood that the first steps will change the way the remote handles internal stuff - okay.

But I still have problems with the last part, adding the multiplexer itself.

I also have an DM8000 with that 39940 remote. I managed it to upload a new device (Creative DTT3500) and that part works perfect.

So I can setup the remote for 0680 on the TV button to control my TV or to the new device 2047 on button TV to control my DTT3500.

But well it's a little bit less ...
