Try changing "OEM Dev 1" from 20 to 16 to see if that fixes it.

I am afraid, not much luck there either (somehow slingbox software does not seem to be perfectly stable as well - it is not clear to me wether it really uses the remote codes all the time - as when sometimes I revert to working codes ...

The model is the Multichoice PVR 3001 (so I think it is the correct one) but the rm file clearly states that it only may work with the slingbox PL blaster and there is no point to try it wih any other model. I seem to have the RV.

You can either follow the steps to convert the PCF file, or you could get the rawdata files that IRwidget put out and label each key press and put it together in a convenient form for the experts to decode.

Motorola 32k FLASH DIE, chip number: 9RC32C-1040.
o XMP1.4 multiplayer asynchronous uni-directional protocol @ 38kHz.

I think I have a similar problem (a different view though).
