JP1 Remotes

Sorry for the late reply. I tried to post 3 times and each time lost the post because a bizarre problem with the forum claiming I am not logged on just as I post.

I knew I was doing something wrong but I haven't touched JP1 stuff for a long time and could not remember how to go about fixing it.

Sorry to bother, but I have a new problem.

My 1994 died and I got a URC-6131 with 2k memory.

I installed extender 1.

I tried to use the protocol and device you created for the 1994 in the 6131 but it does not work.

Am I doing something wrong? Should the protocol or device be changed for the 6131 ...

I am sorry if I was not clear. I wrote "press the button repeatedly", meaning press multiple times one after the other.
The learned signals work perfectly and reliably.

It is close but does not work - meaning it works if I stand and press the button repeatadly for about a minute. I assume it is marginally correct, but far enough not to work most of the time.

Any ideas?
