IR 8.04 is a minor release of IR.exe that includes a new driver for direct Parallel Port access under 64-bit Windows Systems.
The driver is InpOut32.dll and the original website for the files is http://www.highrez.co.uk/Downloads/InpOut32/default.htm.
The folder InpOutBinaries_1500 are the original driver files and documentation. You may need to run Win32\InstallDriver.exe with Administrator privileges to install the InpOut32.dll driver.
