While trying to create a custom file to control a Sylvania SRD2900 DVD/VCR combo, several error messages. The first one is when I first download from the GI remote. It is:
DevType15 4095 is not currently assigned to a device button. Would you like to assign it now? (If not, the Key Move associated with the "SHIFT-Key127" button will be ignored. If I click yes, I get the message that "A device type of 15 is not defined for the current remote". If I click no, nothing happens except for the above message to be displayed over and over (for each no click}. The next error message I get is when I try to paste the code from KM into IR to add a new device. That message is "AdvCode object not found". That message appears when I assign the audio button to control the DVD player. After clicking OK, the device upgrade appears, but I see that Pause and Stop don't get mapped.
