Your Radio Shack 6-1 Audio/Video Remote Control can replace up to six
standard infrared remote controls.

Unlike some universal remote controls, the 6-in-1 is preprogrammed and
does not have to learn its commands from the original remote controls.
All you have to do is tell the 6-1 which remote controls you want it to
replace (by entering 3-digit codes) and the 6-in-1 which remote controls
you want it to replace (by entering 3-digit codes) and the 6-in-1 does the
rest.  It's as simple as

                             A-B-C!

The 6-in-1 can replace remote controls for both audio and video devices.
This manual includes a complete list of 3-digit manufacturer's codes for
TVs, VCRs, cable converters, CD players, audio amp/tuners, satellite
receivers, and laser disc players.

After you've entered the manufacturer's codes for your original remotes,
the 6-in-1 is automatically ready to operate many of the same functions as
the original remotes.

Other special features of the 6-in-1 are:

         Punch Through - lets you alternately control two devices without
                         having to press the device keys for each one.

             Sleep Key - lets you set a time and have the remote turn off
                         any controlled device in from 0 to 99 minutes.

         Sequence Keys - let you have the 6-in-1 remote perform a sequence
                         of actions by pushing just one key!
