Remote Programming

Hello everyone,

I'm a technician for a surveillance company and we are working on a new project involving the Slingbox AV. We are currently using a 16CH DVR setup but are having trouple programming the generic chinese remote (supplied with the system) to work through the slingbox IR configuration.

We are willing to pay anyone who can make a solution to this problem so that we may be able to use the slingbox for our customers.

Is the 16 CH security DVR manufactured by Speco? If so I'm in the same situation, but I'm just browsing the forums before I start getting dirty and creating the remote for the Slingbox SOLOs we have purchased.
