5. Do you have a JP1 cable? No but can get one
6. Still have original remote? Yes but think it is broken
7. Checked the file section? Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes

I have tried the codes provided with the remote and the oneforall website but they do not appear to work.

Found a match and recorded the IR signals with the JP1 tools to create the respective files.
