JP1 Remotes

Anyone have experience hooking up multiple IR flashers to the jack on the 9910 RF reciever station? All my equipment is out in the open (not in a closet), but in order to place the base station where it would hit everything it would have to be out in the middle of the room. I currently have an 8910 (and love it!), but I'm thinking of going to the 9910 due to a couple of my components being finicky about the transmit angle.
