Slingbox Pro US with Kaon KCF-N550H2CO

Just got my Slingbox Pro and it works fine, but i can't get it to control my Digital PVR dekoder from Kaon Media that i got from my local cable provider CanalDigital here in Norway.Thank's to anyone who could help me with this.
Some information:
1. Device: Kaon Media KCF-N550CO
2. Type of device:PVR Digital cabel dekoder
3. Year:2007
4. JP1/UEI Remote model:N/a
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? NO
6. Still have original remote? Yes
7. Checked the file section? Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)?Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question?N/A
