Adding features to a RCR460

I have a RCR460 (Navilight 4) that i have programmed to work with my 32" Vizio LCD. The channel, volume, and numbers work fine but i want more! How can i add a button to allow me to return the previous channel? Can i add a dash so i can enter in channel numbers like 93-11? Thanks for any advice you have.

Maybe it would help if i mentioned that the remote is RCA brand. If nobody knows how to solve my problem maybe some one can send me to another site or forum that would help me.

I'm pretty certain this isn't a JP1 remote so we're probably not going to be able to give much help here.
