Vol down doesn't work after upgrade.

I am sort of new at this but spent a lot of time reading, great site. I have a 232 Olevia HDTV and recently using your info here, upgraded my comcast remote 1067 so it can work this TV. Everything works but the vol down. I made sure it was mapped and it was, but still doesn't control it. After using two remotes for a year, I almost have it down to one.
Any help is appreciated.
I used the posted upgrade file- syntax Olevia 537h.rmdu

It's inappropriate to post the same question multiple times. I have provided you a suggestion in your other thread.

Sorry but I am deleting that one since I thought it went to the wrong area- code search instead of general forum.

I used the above posted upgrade file.
First of all, we need to see YOUR IR file and RM file, to insure that your file makes the desired signal. If you upload them to the diagnosis area and post a LINK HERE, we can insure that there isn't anything that would prevent {vol-} from working.
One thing you can do is check to make sure the LED lights up when you press {vol-}. Sometimes a key can go bad on these remotes.

Nothing jumps out as being incorrect in your upgrade. Are you certain that Hex 17 (EFC 122) is the correct code for Vol-?
Did you learn it and decode it?... or did you just get it from another upgrade?
Have you tested it on another button?
If you switch Vol+ and Vol- in your upgrade, you can test it and determine whether the problem is the EFC code or the Vol- button on your remote. (Although looking at the sequence of OBCs in your upgrade, the function code apears to make sense.)

You've got a Keymove on {Vol-} that is preventing you from accessing the volume down. My guess is that number {1},{2},{8} and {Ch+} won't work for the same reason.

Edit
Last night I posted this nonsense
For some reason when pasting that upgrade from RM, the Shift-1,Shift-2,Shift-3, Shift-7, Shift-8 and Shift-9 keys are not mapping correctly. This is beyond my understanding, I think we need Binky or Greg or someone else that understands IR and Remotemaster and RDF's.
Last night I gave this a quick look and made the above statement. But this morning, with fresh eyes I looked at that and realized the RM file I was looking at was set up for the URC-1067 and not the URC-1067Bx3 JP1.3 which accounted for the strange mappings I got.
Note the RM file remote needs to match the IR file remote or you get all sorts of crazy results in your upgrades.
I really shouldn' do this kind of stuff when I'm tired.
Bottom line is there are 2 problems.
1) RM is set for wrong remote
2) IR has keymoves that are being executed instead of the upgrade.

Thanks for the quick reply. I corrected the remote ir, now exactly matches the remote, but no change. Vol - not working.
I also switched with vol+ Hex 17 EFC 122.
Vol- Hex 97 EFC 118
Vol + still works Vol - does not.

Thats because you still have all those weird keymoves!
Go into IR,
Select the keymove tab
DELETE ALL THOSE KEYMOVES!
Select the Device Tab
Delete all those extra 1610 devices, and then repaste from RM.
(You can edit and repaste from RM, you shouldn't keep adding more and more duplicate devices)
You should end up with 9 neatly labeled keymoves for TV-Shift-1, to TV-Shift-9.

Thanks Vickyg, your info on the keymoves being executed helped solve the problem. I deleted the vol- keymove which was overriding the upgrade as you suggested and it solved the problem.

I was editing my post, when you posted your reply.
I tried to help with cleaing up the IR file in general. Those extra upgrades and old keymoves really confuse the issue. I suggested that you have only one upgrade for your TV, and get rid of all the unwanted keymoves.
