URC 8811 to 8910?

My 8811 is dying. I see that it is no longer available. I currently have the 6012 extender on the 8811. Will I be able to upload my saved ir.exe file from the 8811 to the 8910 and have an "out of the box" solution?

Does the 8910 have more memory than the 8811?

No. You would need to manually program the approximate features of your 8811 into ir.exe for an 8910.
Does the 8910 have more memory than the 8811?
No. If your 8811 extender eeprom image is nearly full, duplicating the features in an 8910 will need some extra effort and tricks to fit at all.
