Hi all... I just purchased the URC-9910 as my first URC! I'm excited and at the same time a little overwhelmed. Surprised

Any suggestions as to where my Cablevision SA 8300HD A B and C buttons should be assigned?

I'm thinking L1 thru L3 but I'm not sure for what else I'd need those buttons. Confused

Thanks for your experience!

Your choice. I would use M1 through M3, but L1 through L3 are equally fine.

I agree with Capn. When I programmed an 8910 for my father-in-law, I put his cable remote's A,B,C buttons on M1,M2,M3. His cable box happened to be a SA 8300.

What I really don't like about that cable remote is that the page up/down buttons are on separate keys, rather than on the channel up/down buttons. I ended up making a long key press of channel up/down do a page up/down, but I don't know if that's the best solution.
