1. Device:Envision EN7500
2. Type of device:TV
3. Year:Unknown
4. JP1/UEI Remote model:6131n
5. Do you have a JP1 cable?yes
6. Still have original remote?no
7. Checked the file section?yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)?yes
9. Partially working setup code?yes 0813 matched by UEI support
10. Learning remote question?No
I called UEI support, they don't provide the codes via JP1. They did provide the code number, TV/0813, but I couldn't find it in the site here by searching. Model search at R/C turned up nothing.
Thanks for the help!

That's odd, I didn't find an 0813 TV code in the literature of the 6131N remote, and the only Envision TV code they listed in the manual is a 0030. Did the 0030 work any functions on the TV?

The TV/0831 is an upgrade code. I tried 0030 but it did not work for power. Other functions were not tested. I also tried code search, but did not have any luck; hence my call to UEI. I would have to mail the device in to get the code added. I am hoping someone here has better access to the codes and files than a regular end user. And since I have a JP1 enabled remote, it would save me some time plus the 2 bucks in postage.

Thanks for the clarification. That makes sense. There is a TV upgrade in the Atlas remotes for TV 0813 for the Envision. I don't have that information at work. I'll look it up for you tonight.

I did not test out the remote fully, I won't be able to do that until this weekend. It does work for the buttons I needed though, power, mute, vol up and vol down.
Thanks!

Let me know if there are any errors. I try to be careful, but I'm extremely bad with proof reading. My dyslexia problem stops me from seeing errors because my mind is trained to auto correct. In fact I came back to this thread after I had done all my work and saw TV/0831 in one of the posts above and thought I had completely blown it.
You might want to see if there are any other functions that were not on the original remote too. There are a few holes in the OBC assignments and you never can tell what hidden features a device might have. My TV had 6 very useful functions that the original remote didn't have.
