Prerelease of RemoteMaster for Panasonic Combo protocols

This unofficial version of RM adds the "Panasonic Mixed Combo" protocol, which is a more flexible version of the Panasonic VCR Combo. This uses the new pid 001F in the three remotes that have that. It provides a slightly smaller substitute for that to be used in any remote that doesn't have it.
This .zip includes the .jar file, the protocols.ini file and RDF files for the three models of remote that include the new 001F.
