Connect a Go Video DV3120 to Sling Box

I'm really a beginner, I tried to follow the steps to create my IR but I do not understand at all. I will go out house for 2 weeks and I would like to use my sling box with my Go Video Combo. any body know or has the file and the code to use it in the sling?
