JP1 Remotes

I am trying to re-program a scientific atlanta model er10 (rc18) urc
to use for a dishpro dp301-13 satellite reciever.
the upgrades I've found in the file section work,and have even rewired some of the buttons.
upgrading for my pvr720 works great..but for the 301,,the page up,
and page down dont function.all of the other functions work.
using 'IR' I've tryed all of the codes for these functions with no sucess.
have gone so far as to edit the raw hex file with various codes,still no-go
the original remote,(now history) is the 'blue button Dish remote',
model unk.
Oem codes for page up should be 3Ch(efc 179)
and 1Ch(efc178) for page down.
can any one confirm these, or direct me to corect codes.
there is also a protocol mod,that might need tweeking where timing is
involved.
any help here would be hot
