Amino 110 and Slingbox

I have been trying, with no luck, to get an Amino 110 STB to work with our slingbox.

I have search the forums here and at slingcommunity and tried many things, but with no luck.

Do anyone have the Amino110 working with the slingbox and if so could you provide me a link to the file?
