Fried my remote!

Ugh! Trying to learn and doing a good job then accidentally reset my URC 1067. I am using it with motorola 3412 DVR set top box. Anyone know the code to reset the remote for this box? I can't seem to get it/find it any one that works anyway.

More info.....got my other 1067 remote from the other room and confirmed 0476 is the code for my box. So I hit cable - setup (hold for 2 blinks) and entered 0476 onto the fried remote and it is still not working. What could I be doing wrong here

If the remote got reset, perhaps the cable device code lock could have been set, so that you can't change the device code for cable. Try this:
1. Press CABLE device key
2. Press and hold SETUP until remote blinks twice
3. Type 982
If it blinks four times, now it is unlocked and you can try entering in the device code 0476 for CABLE. If it blinks twice, that means it was already unlocked and now is locked.

If you have two identical remotes, download from one and upload the image to the other.
