When you try to program an advanced remote control with RM you need the use of the all menus.

For now is present the Normal state and shift state, but the rdf is missing the xshift state, important for receivers and aplifier.

Any help?

I am not sure what you mean. As far as I knew in the unextended 9960 there is only base and shift. I see no buttons that have more than 2 different functions.

Could you explain a little more please?
