Please, I have a RS 15-2103 with JP1, I tried to up upgrade for a cable receiver DV9800 (NET Analogico Brazil company), I follow the procedure for learn and upgrade with Keymap-master, but is not work. I did the same procedure for other equipments, and worked well.
For example, below the key "1", my RS 15-2103 learned:
15 00 30 00 C9 06 01 14 B3 57 01 14 48 5C 10 BB
08 71 10 BB 04 38 01 07 03 2A 01 14 01 04 24 24
54 55 55 44 45 44 44 54 44 55 55 45 55 44 44 51
30 82 30
I put in Keymap-master: Protocol: NEC1; Device: 133; Sub-device: 123; and EFC: 194.
Thank you very much.

Upload your IR file with the learned signals to the diagnosis are of the File Section and post a link to it here.
Also do the same with the KM or RM file you built.

I notice that the frequency in the learned signals is 39.8 khz. The normal freq for NEC1 is 38 khz, so it's quite possible that NEC1 is too far off spec for your device to deal with, in which case you would need a custom exec for this.
Try this KM file...

If it works, you can continue to add new functions using the OBCs or EFCs that IR gives you for your learned signals.

Did you assign the upgraded device to a device button on your remote? (on the Setup tab in IR, you must assign the device upgrade to one of your device buttons)

Capn Trips,
Yes, I assigned the upgrade to each device button, and still the same.
Thanks,

Sorry, I didn't have time to test it myself yesterday and there was a silly typo in the protocol code. I have just fixed the bug and tested it, the learned signals match yours exactly, so download it again and re-test.

Rob,
Sorry, it is not work.
My Keymap is v9.06, and when I call it, there is a toolpack error, " ...toolpack requesting support for country code: 055 (Brazilian)."
I tried to do the upgrade with the RemoteMaster v1.73, too.
Thanks,
Malima

What I mean is this, you said you tried the upgrade the first time that I posted it and you said it didn't work, then when you tried the 2nd upgrade, you said that KM isn't working. So, if KM isn't working, how were you able to test the 1st upgrade?
Regardless, here is a ready made IR file, so all you have to do is load it into your 15-2103 remote...

Rob,
When I start-up the KM, I have a message error, but it works, I did some upgrade for other equipments, and the result was great, only for this cable receiver, I'm having problems. I tried to do the upgrades with the RemoteMaster too.
I put the IR file in the 15-2103, you send me, and didn't work.
Thanks,
Malima
