Looked for 2 days now - so here goes..
I dont have a JP1 cable and would like to program my new 15-2138 RC remotes... I believe its a URC9960 also- problem is I have read that I can use an old telephone pickup coil (suction cup) to transfer the data. I have made the files (wav) and just dont know how to put the remote in a mode so I can download to it.... And is it possiable to upload this way (again how???)
THanks in advance . .
New and cant find how to work 15-2138 modem??

Enter Set-Up mode,
Click "Other"
Enter 997.
Display goes blank
Place the remote against my speakers
play wav.

For that you would need a JP1 cable, the "MODEM" isn't really a true MODEM, it's a one-way street from the PC to the remote, it doesn't work in reverse.jdale2000 wrote:How do I up load FROM the remote to computer?
