A procedure that I would reccomend would be to start with the Sling forums http://www.slingcommunity.com/ Do a search and/or request there. If there are built in codes then someone there will probably point them out. (there's almost no way anyone here can find that information in a reasonable amount of time) They might even point you to a bin file here. http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=category&cat_id=97
But that requires that someone else has had the same equipment and done the hard work already.

The next step would be to search the file section here http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=category&cat_id=4 for a JP1 upgrade that looks like something similar to what you have. While you should read the section on procedures http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5586 you can also look here. http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7095#49394 http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=50884#50884 for some more ideas.
The basic idea is to import a JP1 upgrade file into RM (RemoteMapMaster),
change the remote type to the correct Slingbox remote,
export it as a binary upgrade,
put it in the SBAV directory,
select it by entering it's number in the box that appears when you finally get to select "other" in the Sling setup.
Then you test.

If it doesn't work, then you troubleshoot (mostly using RM). Change the setup number and/or device type before exporting (to avoid possibel conflicts with built in codes); try several combinations.

If it still doesn't work, move on to a different starting upgrade file that looks good and start over. If none of that works (or if it only partially works) then it's time to seek extra help here, but be aware that the next step could require that:
someone else has intimate knowledge of your hardware
or that the process of learning commands from the OEM remote has to be done
or that it will be necessary to find other types of files that could be converted (CCF?)
or that the manufacturer can be convinced to release data to Rob or others for building an upgrade from scratch.
