NEC custom code 866B

Post by Ex-Navy »

I have a remote for a Neuros digital recorder and I am wondering if there
is another remote out there that may use the same codes. This is a NEC 38khz protocol.
Anyone know of another remote with the same coding? Thanks!!!
Here is a code map of the remote:

Why do you want to know about another remote with the same coding?

If you have a JP1 remote and cable, you can easily create an upgrade for that set of codes.

The 866B custom code translates to "Device 134, Subdevice 107" in JP1 terminology. Several OFA remotes have that built-in as CBL/0770 or CBL/1329.

If you have an OFA remote and no JP1 cable, tell us which remote and we can tell you how to use KeyMoves to match that code map.
