I've built and released
RemoteMaster v1.70
Changes for v1.70
- Correctly enable/disable menu items when remote changes.
- Fix for importing IR files with intermixed keymoves and macros with notes (RMIR)
- Use BitDoubler instead of many Translate bits for some of the RC6 entries that need it. (johnsfine)
- Added kludge for RC5/6 combo (johnsfine)
- Changed my mind about variant naming (johnsfine)
- Removed incorrect attempt to support the useless variant of 0184 (johsfine)
- Fixed pid 114 for newer remotes. (rdf file change is required before this fix has any effect). (johnsfine)

Greg,
I'm having trouble downloading this file. I get WinZip alerts that the file is incomplete or not a Zip file.
Also, the
SourceForge download page (as well as the file itself) shows the .zip as about an 8.5Kb file, whilst previous versions are about 600Kb (and download and open just fine).

Can you take a look if there is something wrong with the file you posted?
Thanks,
Steve

Downloads fine here. I have not installed it because am not at home. The zip looks fine though.

I guess it was not yet fully populated on the European mirror sites I was trying.I just got a good download from the Seattle mirror.

I can't find 1.70 at all from the RM pages at SourceForge. I can just get the download page Steve linked, which (when I look at it) has v1.69 and not v1.70.
But the link Greg posted goes directly to the 1.70 zip file and works just fine.
I know how to download from a different SourceForge server after finding a link on the main one. I don't know how to get the download page itself from a different server. I made sure the problem is not in my local cache. But it sounds like a stale page is cached somewhere.
Does SourceForge.net have some kind of randomized DNS result?
I get 66.35.250.203 for SourceForge.net

Yeah. Originally, that page showed 1.70 on top, but now it's gone.
Anyways, I trust Greg is all over this, and like I said, I got it from a US-based mirror, so for now, I'm happy.
(although I'm not yet sure whether Greg has considered the "disassociate" Device Upgrades from associated Protocol Upgrades and Keymoves capability in RMIR that was discussed briefly a few weeks ago.)

I think it's been resolved now.
I got the correct file from Seatle, Virginia, Belgium, Brasil, and the UK.
I got the wrong file from Australia and Taiwan. I expect the correct file will be there in a few hours.

I've now downloaded the correct file from Autralia, Taiwan, and Japan. Everyone should now be able to get the correct file.
