Need help to upgrade OFA 8910 remote

Hi everybody, I've just purchased an OFA 8910 remote (URC-8910B02) and now I want to add the Archos AV700 Digital Video Recorder into the code bank.

I've gotten the file Archos_AV700.rmdu for Master Remote, and used IR 6.20 to generate a .wav file (the file is only 5-second long because I chose Export to Wav -> Upgrades); however everytime I come to the remote and chose Upgrade -> Download, then play the file, it only displays "ERROR" and then exits setup (several seconds after the file has stopped). I've never performed upgrade via phone before. I'm about to get a JP1 cable, but I'm curious and want to try this method first. I'm wondering if I did correctly. What steps should I do provided that I had the correct .wav file? Any help would be highly appriciated.

BTW, I could not find the OFA's customer service phone number on their web site. If you have it please share with me.

I used a headphone with pretty high volume and the remote was able to "hear" it . I have the new devide now.
