Can i do it? and how
i've looked throught KM, IR and the extender2 but can't see any thing that stands out
atm the moment it displays lots of buttons which arn't assigned any function this is confusing the wife |

Unfortunately, the display of buttons is controlled by the remote and can't be customized by the user. _________________ Mark |

Isn't the 9600 a Kameleon? Different keys light up for different devices on that if I'm correct.
Could an extender we written to achieve this Mark? |

I am not sure what a 9600 is but if it is one of the current Kameleons I can confirm that an extender can not change which buttons appear on the screen. The screen is controlled at the hardware level and there is nothing in the ROM code that lets you choose which buttons within the screen illuminate only which screen is illuminated. _________________ Nils
