Does anyone know the procedure to perform a master reset on URC9910?

Also, for some reason, when I upload my IR file to my remote, it goes through the motions but doesn't seem to do it.

As for part 2 of your query, upload the guilty IR file to the diagnosis area and post a link.

I figured it out. Sorry for the trouble. It seems that I had a checkmark in the Protocol>FF box on the device tab. It doesn't like that.
