RDF file for URC 7555 OFA5 (JP1.2)

Is there a RDF file for this remote yet?
I've searched but couldn't find one.

We haven't heard of this remote before, so no, there isn't an RDF yet.

Hopefully one of the experts will have the time to walk you through the process of creating one (I don't).

That's probably because it's a European (UK) model.
Is there not a FAQ for creation of RDFs?

Not really, and especially not for a JP1.2 remote. Hopefully somebody will step up to walk you through the process.
