SkyPerfecTV / Sony DST-SP5

I have created bin files for the Sony DST-SP5 receiver for SkyPerfecTV in Japan. The files provide the main remote functions with the buttons mapped for the default remote skin in SlingPlayer as follows:
Guide - SkyPerfecTV EPG
i - Current program information
PG up - Favorites
PG dn - Menu (Actual MENU button in SlingPlayer 1.0.5.140 doesn't work)
Enter (on numeric keypad) - Language Main/Sub Channel
Normal functioning of Power, Select, arrow keys, Channel up/dn and numeric keypad
