I have an old pioneer receiver VSX-D901S. I have already got my remote URC9911 to learn the code. Ther are some buttons with two command lines on Learned signals tab in IR, how can I enter the two codes to the single line function on KM function sheet
For example:
Button UP:
# Protocol Device OBC Hex Cmd EFC
1 Pioneer 165 89 65 233
2 Pioneer 165 1 7F 185
Button Down:
# Protocol Device OBC Hex Cmd EFC
1 Pioneer 165 89 65 233
2 Pioneer 165 0 FF 181
thank you

Have you tried AUDIO:1023 built-in setup code? It should have the arrow buttons properly mapped.
For this specific case (Same Device number, two different OBCs) you need the Pioneer 2CMD Protocol. It is conceivable that some other commands use a Different Device number, in which case you need to look at some of the OTHER Pioneer protocols (Pioneer MIX, Pioneer 2DEV, etc). All is explained in the protocol help section of KM.
From KM's Pioneer Protocol Help (select ANY of the Pioneer protocols, and the "Protocol Help" worksheet will provide you with description of when each of the Pioneer Protocols applies):
Pioneer 2CMD:
If some of the functions for your device send a two-part signal
where the device code is the same but the command code varies, you
need to use the Pioneer 2CMD protocol.
For the functions that only use one command code, enter the same
command in both the regular OBC/EFC column and the byte2 column of
the Functions sheet.
For the functions that use two codes, enter the first one in the
OBC/EFC column and the second in the byte2 column.

Thanks for your advise, Capn Trips.
I followed your advise and spent a whole night trying different protocols and enter commands in byte2 column.
I finally got my Pioneer receiver working properly with Pioneer 4Dev protocol, I tried Pioneer 3Dev but still yielding errors in byte2 on some code.
The Protocol Help is very informative.
Again I appreciate your efforts.
