New EFC's for Cable 0476

I did some experimenting and found two 'new' EFC for Cable 0476:
204 = Play
211 = Stop

The currently listed codes (178 and 174) are actually duplicates of Day+ and Day- and are part of the box's ability to use a remote without transport keys (just like left and right duplicate rew and ff). 204 and 211 are exclusively Play and Stop.
